The Activity log is the administrative audit trail for the organization: who changed structural settings, when, and with what details. It is read-only (entries cannot be modified) and is visible only to Owners.
You find it in Organization settings → General → Activity log tab. It does not replace the history of individual CRM records (updates on a contact or a deal): it focuses on the organization's administrative actions.
If sharing a check is needed, an Owner can consult it online and communicate the relevant excerpts (there is no dedicated export on the page).
You can search, sort, and paginate (25 / 50 / 100 rows). Useful for questions like "who changed the URL last week?" or for checks after an HR team change.
The log records actions that Mokapen explicitly writes to the organization log, typically:
It is not a complete log of every CRM click: if an action does not call the log writer, it will not appear.
Q: Why can't I see the tab?
A: You need the Owner role.
Q: Can I export the log?
A: On-page it is online browsing only; there is no dedicated export button.
Q: Does it include changes to a contact?
A: No. For the record history use the entity's Updates / timeline. Here you only find organization-level administrative actions.
Q: Do integrations leave a trace?
A: Only if the operation goes through a tracked administrative action. It is not a log of every sync.
