Chrome extensions

Chrome extensions bring Mokapen into Gmail, Outlook on the web and LinkedIn. They are not an OAuth sync: they do not import the mailbox, do not read history and do not keep a calendar aligned. You install the extension from the Chrome Web Store, sign into the organization and, from the page you are already looking at, create or link a card.

In a white-label organization these items do not appear: they stay hidden together with the Mokapen brand. The Integrations page, when it shows them, sends you to the store. The plan is Medium for Gmail and Outlook, Large for LinkedIn.

Gmail

Open an email in Gmail. From the extension you can create a task, a deal or a ticket starting from that message, and link or create contact and company from the sender. You stay in Gmail. The email is not imported in bulk: what enters the CRM is what you decide to save at that moment.

If the sender is already in the address book, link them instead of creating a new one. Two contacts with the same email are born when you press create without searching. The extension does not bypass visibility: a private card you cannot open in the CRM does not become visible because you are looking at it from Gmail.

Outlook on the web

The same gesture, on Outlook in the browser: from an email you create a task, deal or ticket, and link or create contact and company from the sender. You stay in Outlook web. It is not the mailbox IMAP connection and it is not the Outlook calendar: those are configured in Integrations and keep syncing even with the extension off. The extension does not work on the Outlook desktop app, because it is a Chrome extension.

LinkedIn

On a person profile or a company page you save the contact or company in Mokapen, and you can create a task or a deal while you browse. The plan is Large. It is not LinkedIn Ads and it does not import the network of connections: it saves the card you have open. If the person is already in the address book, update that card instead of stacking a duplicate on every visit.

When the extension is not the tool

• You want to read and reply to the mailbox inside Mokapen, or use it for sequences. Connect IMAP/SMTP. The extension does not put the mailbox in the sending pool.
• You want leads from ads. That is the Google Ads, Facebook Ads or LinkedIn Ads guide, not the profile extension.
• The organization is white-label. Chrome extensions are not listed. The client works in the CRM or in the integrations provided for that brand.
