Mokapen is an Italian technology company building an XRM platform to organize, connect and automate how companies work.

We start from a simple idea: software should help people work better, not add complexity.

Mokapen lets you manage contacts, companies, sales, projects, activities, support and automations in one environment. Not as separate modules, but as a system of relationships where every piece of information keeps its context. That is the logic of XRM: going beyond CRM to represent and connect what really happens inside an organization.

Today we are taking this approach toward a new evolution of business software.

Artificial intelligence is changing how people interact with software: more and more activities can be entrusted to agents, which need structured data, relationships, processes, permissions and tools to operate.

Our vision is not to replace every tool a company uses, but to make them work together. You can keep using Google Calendar, Excel, email or other software: Mokapen can connect to what you already use and, when needed, provide a native data structure and tools.

Behind this platform is an organization of professionals working every day on product, engineering, customer success, account management, market development and marketing. Different skills, one goal: build a solid product that is simple to use and able to evolve with the companies that choose it.
