Brevo — campaigns

This integration brings into Mokapen the email campaigns already sent from Brevo and what recipients did: opens and clicks, on the contact, as campaign leads. It does not replace contact sync. Address book and lists stay on Brevo contacts.

What arrives in Mokapen

• Campaigns — the emails sent, with the main statistics.
• Recipient actions — opens and clicks attached to the contact.
• Mapping — Brevo attributes are mapped once onto Mokapen fields.
• History and then live — existing campaigns enter on the first sync. New opens and clicks can arrive via webhook, without re-exporting a file.

Connect

User menu → Integrations → Brevo campaigns. Paste the API key created in Brevo under SMTP & API → API keys. The Medium plan is required. The campaigns key can be the same as the address book one, but they are two cards: connecting contacts only does not import opens.

If Brevo rejects the IP, the same rule as contact sync applies: add to the whitelist the IP Mokapen shows you. Without a webhook configured on the Brevo side, history is there, new events are not, until you run a sync again.

When the number does not match

An open in Brevo without a matching contact in Mokapen has nowhere to attach. Align address books first, then campaigns. A click counted in Brevo and missing in Mokapen, with the webhook off, is expected: either wait for the next sync or enable the webhook. It is not a second send of the campaign.
