It is not a company certificate. It lasts 12 months, with a PDF, a badge and a link: anyone can check that it is yours.

The partner certificates

The badge on the card is the level that certificate is required for. Standard partner: Fundamentals and Basic settings. Silver: those, plus Marketing and Advanced settings. Gold: those, plus Sales, Automations, Integrations and Custom apps. If one is missing, that level does not open.

3. You take the exam
