MailUp — campaigns

Bring into Mokapen MailUp newsletters already sent and recipient actions: opens and clicks on the contact, as campaign leads. Totals for sends, opens and clicks sit on the campaign. The address book aligns with MailUp contacts, not with this card.

What is imported

• Campaigns — the messages sent, with totals.
• Actions — open and click attached to the contact.
• Mapping — MailUp fields are mapped once.
• History — messages already sent enter on the first sync.

MailUp does not send Mokapen a webhook for opens and clicks. After a new send press Sync. Waiting for clicks to appear on their own leaves the CRM stuck at the last sync, even if in MailUp the numbers have already risen.

Connect

User menu → Integrations → MailUp campaigns. The connection is OAuth: you sign in with the MailUp account and authorize. The Large plan is required. Without contacts already present in Mokapen, an open has no card to attach to: address book first, then campaigns.

If totals in MailUp and in Mokapen diverge, compare the date of the last sync, not the moment of the send. A campaign started after the last sync is not there yet.
